From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist, making me feel truly welcome. The view from my window was absolutely breathtaking, adding a touch of magic to my entire experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic breakfast that was not only delicious but also offered a wide variety of options. The pristine pool and well-maintained gym provided the perfect opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. What truly set this hotel apart was its flexibility. The option for early check-in and late check-out was a game-changer, allowing me to maximize my time and enjoy every moment without feeling rushed. Additionally, the thoughtful advice on when to leave to catch my flight added to the overall convenience and made my departure stress-free. Without a doubt, I will eagerly choose this hotel again for my next visit to LA.

The hotel was beautiful, with stunning views and all the amenities one could ask for. But what really stood out was the incredible service provided by Guadalupe, my room attendant. Guadalupe was an absolute delight to interact with throughout my stay. She was always available to assist with any requests, big or small, and her attention to detail was truly impressive. She took the time to make sure everything was just right, from the placement of the towels to the arrangement of the pillows Thanks to Guadalupe's care and attention, I felt truly well taken care of during my stay. I cannot recommend the InterContinental - Los Angeles Downtown enough

Fabulous hotel with spectacular views over LA. Very friendly staff and smart modern rooms. The slightly odd system that requires you to go to floor 70 for Reception each time before travelling down to your room floor means that you get the see the amazing view every time. Large rooms very nicely decorated. You get used the the lift system and its a small price to pay for such as classy hotel!

Everything was outstanding, possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff were very helpful and nice, and overall we felt very well respected and valued! The hotel has amazing bars and restaurants at the top floors with breathtaking views! The room service went above and beyond with a lot of cute touches in sorting out our room everyday!

The hotel is centrally located around shops and restaurants. The hotel has great views and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The beds and pillows were amazing. The hotel was clean and neat, and the staff were professional and very helpful. When I go back to L.A I am defenitely staying at the InterContinental.
