Guadalupe was an absolute delight to interact with throughout my stay. She was always available to assist with any requests, big or small, and her attention to detail was truly impressive. She took the time to make sure everything was just right, from the placement of the towels to the arrangement of the pillows Thanks to Guadalupe's care and attention, I felt truly well taken care of during my stay. I cannot recommend the InterContinental - Los Angeles Downtown enough

The slightly odd system that requires you to go to floor 70 for Reception each time before travelling down to your room floor means that you get the see the amazing view every time. Large rooms very nicely decorated. You get used the the lift system and its a small price to pay for such as classy hotel!
